They placed the table, inspected it for any damage, and left us to it. The table was amazing and arrived without a scratch. We felt we had a great customer experience and would definitely order again from Tiakmoon.

It's so refreshing to order quality furniture and not have to wait 3-4 months for delivery! My Oliver solid oak TV stand is beautiful and exactly as described. My house is a new build with no fireplace in a large living room, so I was looking for a sizable piece of furniture to be a focal point and this certainly fits the bill. I've had so many compliments from friends and family. The delivery service was excellent - good communication and delivered when they said they would, pleasant and helpful delivery guys. I also had great service from the customer care team on the single occasion I raised a query. Thank you for a great shopping experience - I will certainly recommend Tikamoon to others.

Verified reviewThe product description is incorrect. Customer service's response was to send the technical drawings showing the correct table measurements and told us we can always send the table back if we didnt want it. We had paid in advance waited 6 weeks for delivery of a table that did not meet the advertised spec. It is still showing online as being 30cm high when the table top is actually 20cm high!

Verified reviewNice quality items, nicely presented. Some of the prices are about racy, but overall the items are so well designed and curated so it’s really not that unreasonable. Many items are quite unique so you’re not going to see them elsewhere and you’ll struggle to even find similar items elsewhere, you probably won’t find alternatives for many items that aren’t multiple times more and/or custom made. Trust me, I tried. The focus on interesting and quality materials is great and seems really thoughtful and well executed. There’s plenty of info including delivery info before purchase, so the prices are reasonable with all this in mind, as you can be sure you know what you’re getting and won’t be disappointed/surprised. Very happy with my first order, have placed another, and have found myself coming back to browse for inspiration for other stuff I need. Will definitely be back in future and it’s quickly becoming my go-to to start my searches. Checkout options have Apple Pay which is a big thumbs up, so checkout is really quick/easy.

Verified reviewNot great as the porcelain top of our vanity had cracked and tikamoon refused to help with the cost of replacing. I will not use this company again.
