Verified reviewVery disappointed with the delivery process. Our item was delayed by 3 months. No one rang to explain and I had to call repeatedly to ask where the order was.

Verified reviewUnfortunately, the mirror I ordered arrived broken but Tikamoon Customer Services were excellent in dealing with this. They offered to send a replacement mirror or issue a refund. They also arranged for a courier to attend to take away the broken mirror. It was a shame that the mirror was broken but I was very impressed with how quickly and helpfully Customer Services assisted me.

It’s solid and visually pleasing. You can fit a record player on it perfectly and the top is covered so you can place plants on top!

Verified reviewThe overall experience was great. I am vary wary about online shopping for furniture and not being able to view what you are going to buy when spending a good amount of money. However when shopping around and seeing the quality of other furniture you get it made me think what have I got to lose. I would be paying slightly more but getting a solid piece of furniture, not MDF. The item was in stock and was delivered very quickly. The item was ready assembled and all I had to do was put on the legs to the unit which was very easy. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the unit and would not hesitate in using Tikamoon again. Their website was easy to use and we got a good feel for what we were going to get and we were not disappointed. If only all online shopping could be as good.

In regards to the difference in product, as you purchased an item made of natural stone each piece is unique and different, sadly it is not possible to receive exact replicas of the product on the website. Verified reviewI loved this table but unfortunately the table top was scratched. I asked if it could be replaced but was told that it was no longer available and would not be reordered until 2024. I was offered £100 off which I reluctantly took. You can imagine my surprise when to day I noted that the table was on sale. Are they selling faulty stock!!!. Not good customer service at all.

You were initially offered £100 which was then raised after you received a quote to repair the damage to the table. At the time the table was out of stock but has since re-entered production so it was included in our site wide January sale.
