Verified reviewWhilst the product is lovely, the customer service was poor. Delivery estimated at 6 weeks but ended up being 4 months No contact re delayed delivery.. Upon chasing the delivery, was told two contradictory reasons which led me to believe that at least one person was lying to me. Delays happen, that isn’t the issue. The issue is around how they communicate with their customers who are spending a significant amount of money with them. I won’t buy from Tikamoon again.

Verified reviewItem wasn't delivered within the six week time frame stated, but I was kept updated about this, and it did eventually arrive when they said it would (perhaps eight weeks after ordering, which wasn't too much of an issue for me).
