Verified reviewOrdered a teal dining table, the product was of awful quality, absolutely dreadful considering the price. The only redeeming feature is that collection and a refund were sorted relatively quickly.

Thank you for your review. The wood passes through several treatment processes prior to production to help prevent the wood cracking. We are very sorry that your table has not been able to withstand the temperature changes and has cracked on the surface. We can advise that his is a rare occurrence. Verified reviewThe products came damaged because they were extremely poorly packed. We’re talking a bench inside of a cardboard box - no protection whatsoever. The products themselves are not of the quality illustrated on the website - the difference between what a Big Mac looks like in an ad, vs reality. Extremely disappointed and hope the firm buck their act up and listen to the feedback they’ve received from countless other customers, or they will perish in this market where reputation is everything. Would never order from them again and I urge you not to do so.

Verified reviewFantastic service from Tikamoon. Slight problem with one drawer in the metal chest. They gave a range of options to remedy it. My only quibble is the amount of non-recyclable plastic, sellotape, and polystyrene that they use.

Verified reviewWe bought two pieces. One arrived in great condition, the other had several serious flaws, including rusting hinges, a sprung joint and a poorly filled hole on the front facing door. We had no time to order a replacement (4 months to wait) and in any case with quality control like this, the replacement could be as bad. Our hand was forced we had to have a new piece of furniture repaired before it could be used! We were given options but had to opt for the £150 refund. It was an expensive and disappointing lesson.
