Verified reviewProduct arrived damaged - which wasn’t a surprise given it arrived without any protection other than a sheet of paper. 3 week wait for another unit - by which time the tradesman installing it has moved onto another job.

Verified reviewthe large wooden vanity unit was not sufficiently packaged and protected for delivery. the first unit was damaged and was returned and the second visibly affected by transit, but not to a degree where i could be bothered to sent it back. Pack your wooden furniture better!

Verified reviewThis table is beautiful but sadly it was very difficult to put together. The parts (legs, fixings, screws) have not been engineered well and we were not able to attach the lower deck of this table. My husband (who has built many things including a large deck multi level deck in the garden!) battled with the table for sometime but eventually gave up and couldn't find a way to align the legs with the pre drilled holes. Such a same as it is a beautiful piece of furniture.

Verified reviewEverything went well with the order and delivery. After about a week, I noticed a split in the woodwork near a joint. I contacted Tikamoon and they have arranged for a replacement unit to be delivered. Good service so far.
