Verified reviewI ordered a rattan coffee table and side table for my living room. It took me so long to eventually find the perfect piece of furniture for my home which I ordered back on 21st August, only to be let down on the 8th September by Tikamoon. The company knew that I lived in Northern Ireland and took full payment only to inform me that my goods were no longer be able to be delivered to this distinction as due to Brexit. As a customer I am deeply appalled in the way this situation was dealt with and now have to source an alternate version of furniture which I can not find and feel let down. Why was I not contacted sooner if they knew if the circumstances???

Thank you for your response. We are very sorry for your disappointment. Unfortunately our system does not recognise that your post code is in Northern Ireland. It was only brought to our attention by our shipping partner once they received your order. The information that we do not ship to Northern Ireland is on our website. We are currently looking for an IT solution to block Northern Ireland post codes in the future
