Verified reviewTikamoon are a good, professional company to deal with and have been helpful through out the order and delivery process. It took 5 months from order to delivery, but this wasn't Tikamoon faults, just supply chain issues. Unfortunately one of the items was larger than I had anticipated and needed to be returned. This was not an issue and was managed efficiently by Tikamoon.

Verified reviewThe customer service was second to none. I needed to change the day of delivery. A quick phone call and a confirmation email was received within seconds. No hanging on the phone. Unfortunately when the item came it was damaged, but I sent an email with photo's and the offer of a replacement or refund came the next morning. I opted for the refund as there was a 6 week wait for a replacement. Refund received that day. So although we didn't keep the product the whole experience was exceptional. Would absolutely recommend and use them again.

Verified reviewVery impressed with ordering through to delivery. I will order again. Only negative was I had to wax/oil my furniture as wood seemed very dry. Thinking maybe it was stored sometime after made and this may of coursed this ? But a tin of wax have brought the 3 matching pieces up a treat.

Verified reviewThe after sales service is shocking and rude, do not believe any on the delivery dates quoted as it will not arrive within the dates specified if it says within 6 weeks it means longer All in all a bad experience not helped but the customer service

Verified reviewI’ve ordered multiple times from Tikamoon and have been very pleased with the service each time, I unfortunately had to return my first order due to a poor fit in my bathroom and the process couldn’t have been easier or more efficient. The products are of great quality and great customer service received throughout the buying process.
