Verified reviewBeing unaware of the company tikamoon before I started my bathroom project I did a quick review check online prior to placing my order, a few negative comments made me reconsider my order however that 'pause' has been totally un-warranted. The basin arrived quickly, without damageand looks like an excellent choice (although it's not in yet) Totally happy!

Verified reviewAmazing items the unit is solid and well built, although still in protective packaging. The washbasin is beautiful. Slight issue on delivery but couldn’t fault Tikamoon’s customer service who replied with hours. Now to design the bathroom around this . The only downside is the length of delivery but I suppose this keeps the price down. Thanks Tikamoon.

Thank you for your comment. Please accept our apologies that your previous washbasins have arrived damaged. Our production team are constantly improvidng our pacakging methods but the handling of the item once it has left our warehouse is out of our control. Unfortunately we are experiencing difficulties with our phone lines, with only 70% of customers being able to reach us at this time. Our phone provide is working on solution so we hope to have this resolved shortly.

Verified reviewThe delivery of our new coffee table went exactly as we expected. The delivery driver was courteous and happy, cracking a couple of jokes. The coffee table fits in with our sitting room, it is different, not what you see in neighbouring houses.

Verified reviewAn excellent site and company. Any pre-order enquiries were answered immediately and were very helpful. After the order was placed I was kept up to date and the pedicted delivery date was very accurate. Very impressed with the delivery details and procedures of the delivery company that are in place due to the pandemic. Two out of the three items had to be returned due to the size and customer service at Tikamoon was brilliant. An immediate response and the return was arranged. Had a concern about the care of the media unit I had kept which, again, the company answered straight away and was very helpful. I cannot praise this company highly enough and would advise anyone to deal with them, I certainly hope I do.

Verified review- The first package was delivered broken. That delivery company is clearly not handling the package correctly as it takes a lot of impact to break that type of solid wood which is more than appropriately wrapped - Again, delivery company provides Mon- Fri delivery times, I guess they think any one can leave work for a 3 hours window of collection! - Simply for that premium price a better delivery method is the one thing that needs changing here.. - Customer service phone is continously not working but ticamoon replied to emails promptly in fairness and they sent a replacement promptly. They did provide a week end slot of delivery when needed.. - The furniture is top class as expected but the details experienced were a bit annoying!! - To conclude, the furniture is excellent, Customer phone line needs fixing and delivery company is not worth paying!!
