    The product is great but your delivery dates and times were unfortunately not achieved. Very disappointed as they arrived 3 days after the initial date given. Missed the birthday for which they were s ppresent.

    I did use the android app in Android 15 to order. Instructions on entering ZIP-code are not clear. Using my own home address ZIP-code haltes the process. Only being creative and searching for the ZIP-code of my pick-up point and entering this instead helped me to make progress. Next obstacle was payment using IDEAL/WERO. Using 2 different bank accounts from 2 different banks (with sufficient funds on it) just halted in the step entering the payment portal. Eventually I used PayPall and succeeded. All these glitches forced me to repeat the ordering proces from step one! I reported all the above in the play store revieuw and got a response asking me to report this bug. I screenshotted this and send it to the mentioned mail. I got a response, clearly they did not read my mail and I just got standard response my order was on the way (which I already knew). Sending a new mail I just wanted to report some bugs in their system again lead to a response explaining my order was on the way. So I left it there. The box (with shoes) arrived. Clearly the box had been opened before because of something torn. Shoes were okay though. Being fed up with Trekkinn I decided not to ask about this torn box. This is not my first 'bad experience' with ****inn (they have more names). Each time both the ordering and payment process as well as customer care are very troublesome compared to other commercial online platforms. Trust pilot forces me to award one star at least, otherwise I would award ZERO stars

    Well, first of all I did approach your customer care being asked your employee after leaving a 'love value' review at 'google play'. I did literally copy and paste both my original post and response from trek inn as a screenshot to your customer care as a favor, being asked to do so by your employee. And no there is nothing wrong in my configuration regarding the correct country. So what bothered and bothers me is: - an app that does function far below expectations in 2 area's. Choosing ZIP code and transfer from the app to IDEAL/Wero portal. This has nothing to do with 'my cookies' and even if it had to do something with 'my cookies' your app should show a message to me in such an occasion something is wrong with my cookies. Another matter is this. I took time (same as I do now to you) to explain to you about my experiences. When I was asked by one of your colleges to send a message about the bugs in your app I took time for you as well. I did not get an adequate response from your custumercare! Telling me my order was on the way was not something I asked about. I can check this myself at the couriers website. Even now it is difficult for you as a company to conclude your 'aftersales' service has flaws. Same flaws as AI sometimes shows when you ask something.

    I have received a pair of shoes dirty and not new. I think they were returned by somebody else. They had a good price but I don't remembered to be written the condition on this product. If it would have been written then is my mistake.

    I purchased climbing shoes on the UK website, which does not list the EU sizing. So I went with the conversion guide on their website, ordered the correct size (7.5), but they sent me a different size of shoes (UK 7). This turned into a 3 month back and forth. They refused to engage with the evidence I sent them, I would only get automated responses which told me I needed to spend £12 to return the [wrong] product they sent me! A month after my tracking showed it had arrived into their warehouse, they still haven't issued a refund. Even though the law says a refund should be issued within 14 days of receipt. They also censored a review of the product (probably because I gave them 1 star), and wouldn't answer any of my questions. The only reason they get 2 stars here is that the product I got looked like the real deal. So I guess that means the website itself isn't a scam, but I found the practices very shady. If your experience is anything like mine, they might send you the wrong size - and they will force you to pay for their mistakes!
