After verification, the Post confirms the correct delivery of your order. Please present a personal complaint in writing at the nearest post office with the following tracking number: JA416077873GB Once submitted send us a copy of the written document to try to continue helping. You have to put the claim with your nearest POST OFFICE within 7 natural days from the date of delivery. If you cannot provide the document in reasonable time then unfortunately, we won’t be able to help. As it will be refused directly from the carrier partner. If you have any further questions or concerns, please visit our FAQs page or feel free to contact us via our on-line form available in MY ACCOUNT. Kind regards, Tradeinn Team – Customer service Tradeinn I was given no advice as to how to complain to Royal Mail, so had to call them directly and they responded with this: A member of the team will be in touch within the next 72 hours, but can take up-to 10 days with the current Royal Mail strikes taking place this weekend. They do not provide proof or documentation (nor have they done this previously) of a claim that has been made with them, and they are confused at to you think they would do. I sent you my last email confirming this on the (28/09/22) 8 days ago, and I have still to receive a response. So yes, I certainly do need further assistance, as this parcel has still not arrived.

Hello Robert, Thank you very much for the information, meanwhile our shipping department has been in contact with the transport company at our end (PostNL). They are asking for the outcome of the investigation of the incident with file nº 18543245248. As according to the tracking historial, the incident occured while being delivered ("delivered according to tracking"), PostNL will only be able to proceed with a refund once the delivery incident has been resolved by Royal Mail at your end. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately transport issues take a lot of time to be resolved due to the established protocols of the parties involved and therefore require a lot of patience from us and our customers. Please don’t use this company. After supposedly ‘investigating’ with Royal Mail, they tell me that the coat has been delivered by Royal Mail. No, someone else signed for it, because I was at work. These people really don’t care about customer service, or how we all can’t afford for these things to be properly investigated. It took then 3 weeks to check the results of Royal Mail tracking, which I could do in 30 seconds. Save you money and go else where people.

Verified reviewUsed them numerous times now and have never had an issue. Well priced items, nothing hidden, it's as they say it. Only drawback is delivery takes a while due to location, but usually around a week so bear that in mind. Will definitely be using again when needed.
