Verified reviewMy parcel went missing and the signature was falsificated. I will give a positive review once I’ll get my parcel. Looking for tracking number the site says it was delivered. Which is a lie. The signature was not mine and was poorly done. The Royal Mail is responsible for delivering my parcel. I seek help in finding my parcel.

Verified reviewI ordered some boots which were whilst I was on holiday I returned 4 days later to find the boots had been left outside our back door the packaging wasn’t waterproof so the box was soaking wet as were the boots when I asked for a return trekking told me to claim against the delivery company, this is not my responsibility as they placed the contact to deliver not me

If you had put the product in adequate packaging the problem wouldn’t have arisen but the packing was not watertight the boots are fine and you can sell them as new they just don’t fit my wife but the box is water damaged none of this is my fault
