Verified reviewOrdered two items online. One turned out to be the wrong item, and the return process has been awful. The website doesn't generate a shipping label, despite claiming to do so, and so I had to pay for shipping to France myself. Also, when you try and say that the return has been shipped you get an error message. When I posted an online review, I got a somewhat snippy comment back from Peugot (other retailers reach out to try and help their clients!) Ended up buying a replacement item from Amazon which sold me a genuine Peugot pepper grinder with quicker shipping and an easy return process.

Unfortunately, we weren't informed of your issue because we weren't contacted, even though we could have provided you with your return label directly and free of charge. Thanks for your message. Unfortunately, it was not clear to me that I needed to contact you to get a return label. Your website is not fit for purpose: 1) it didn't provide a return label automatically (nor tell me I had to contact you), and 2) when I clicked to report that I had sent my return, the website gave an error message. Will you refund me the £12 cost of postage?
