Verified reviewAs I didn't get a confirmation of my order, I ended up purchasing your product twice. I have now received two pepper grinders. Reviewing your terms for returning a product I have to pay to return your product. I suggest this should be free given this was caused by your systems. This is unbelievable poor customer service. Given your inadequate online platform I would not purchase online from your website again.

Our system does generate an email order confirmation and we have not had any other customers experience this issue before, but we will certainly be investigating it, as you should have received one. I can only apologise for your convenience. However, you should not be paying for the return of the unwanted item, we offer free returns on all of our orders as standard, and especially if it is our error. Have you heard something different from our customer services department? If so, please could you let me know who you are speaking with and I can follow it up for you. Yes, but because I had no confirmation, I ordered your product twice. Now I have two pepper grinders and would like to return one. Reading your terms, it looks like I have to pay for the return of your product which is poor customer service.

Verified reviewAfter some time spent researching products and looking at local dealer websites, I found the Peugeot-Saveurs site. The selection of products and options was by far the best, and the prices were as good or better than any dealers offered. Ordering was easy, and even though I live in Canada, shipping was fast and free in the case of this product because it met the very reasonable cost requirement. I would gladly order directly from Peugeot-Saveurs again.
