Order a sunglasses some time ago. Delivery was good, unfortunately the glasses were to small for so I had to return them. Send the package back to the address that was on the return form. After several attempts to deliver the package the package returned to me and the original glasses where stolen... Never will order again, since when you want to return the glasses you have the risk that your return package will be stolen and Visiofactory will do nothing for you!

I ordered Ray-Ban Wayfarer sunglasses with prescription lenses with prescription from optician. After maybe a week I received the glasses. Perfect frame, super comfortable. However the lenses didn’t feel as expected. Blurred vision, headache and not feeling well with them. After 2 days I take the glasses to 2 optics to test them. Both results were the same, the lenses weren’t made with the prescription that I ordered them. After email from me to their customer service we agreed to send the glasses back. The return of course was on my expense, it doesn’t matter that it was visiofactory’s fault and that was the reason for the returning of the glasses. After they received the glasses I decided to check them and see with what prescription they going to make the lenses. For my surprise one of their opticians confirmed to me that lenses are going to be made AGAIN with the same wrong prescription. Several emails back and forth and finally they understand that I want the glasses with prescription attached when I made the order. More than a month after I ordered and paid the glasses they finally arrived with the correct lenses. However, they forgot to say at least sorry for the inconvenience and the trouble and that I have to pay for return because of their mistake. To compensate the correct lenses this time the frame is not feeling like all the Wayfarer’s that I have before and even the received Wayfarer with the wrong lenses. The temples are not with the curves of the Wayfarer these are almost straight. The hinges are loose… I’m very surprised with the frame of the sunglasses and not in a good way.

5 stars all the way. I accedentely broke my new glasses and Visiofactory offered to repair them completely for a reasonable and very acceptable amount. Now my glasses are as new again. Thank you visiofactory!
