Verified reviewI actually haven’t received my glasses yet, however, I had an issue with having them sent to the USA. My wife is half French and her mother lives in France . She will mail them to me this week. Your company has excellent communication skills, I knew even with the six hour time difference every step in the process, thank you. If you want to send me another review request in about two weeks I can review the frame, thanks again, and good luck to France in the World Cup, you have fans in Virginia!

Verified reviewIn my experience, Visiofactory is a legitimate and high-quality shop. I was expecting the service overall to be a lot worse, but Visiofactory kept me updated on the crafting of my lenses and when my lenses came in with the wrong prescription due to an error by my optician (she did not specify, in symbols whether it was 0.75 and 0.5 or -0.75 and -0.5 - she instead just wrote 0.75 and 0.5 with the description in words), I contacted customer service and Visiofactory kept responding almost instantly and adapted my glasses free of charge to the right prescription. Keep in mind this is a pricy shop, but overall, their worst sin is that it takes time for them to deliver, partly due to the fact they are based in France. Keep that in mind when ordering something out of Visiofactory; but otherwise, I'm really pleasantly surprised.
