Before I even completed my purchase I had a couple of doubts in regards to my lenses, I sent them an email and they replied right away with good customer service. I then proceeded to order my prescription glasses and they arrived after 1 week. When they arrived, everything was perfect but unfortunately I ordered the wrong frames by mistake so I contacted their customer service to start the refund process. The refund process was very professional and easy. I re-sent my package and had my refund right away. Cant get wait to re-order from them again. 5 stars. Thank you.

What is disgusting is the amount of money I had to pay to import customs, thinking it would be a small fraction of the cost of the purchase (€255), which is a lot in itself…I had to pay £50 to customs to get the item released and delivered. Upon emailing the company, the customer care wasn’t there…had I been made aware of the rough cost, I’d not have purchased. I asked as a gesture of goodwill from the company, if they could refund half the cost - this was just argued and then asked not to contact them again - shocking, from a smaller company that should champion customer service more than the large corporations. Terrible after service, I’d not buy from this company again.
