Verified reviewThe delivery was fine but the charger came with a European plug!! My garage had fitted the terminals to my battery before he realised. It entailed my disabled husband and myself cutting off the plug and replacing it with a British one, no easy task for a man with the use of only one hand after a stroke. We managed with some difficulty and it works but we were not happy.

Hello , We truly regret the inconvenience caused. In case you have received a wrong product, you would need to submit a return request through your account, please. Opening a return request does not always mean that you want to return the product. It also means that you want to complain about some problems related to the order you received. (For example, the item is missing from the order, the customization is missing, the wrong color was sent, the product does not agree with the picture) However, the product is pictured on our website with a European plug, for which you can always get a travel adapter online at a very low price if you did not wish to return it. I appreciate your prompt reply to my review. I purchased the charger from eBay and can no longer find it on the website. As far as I can recall there was no picture of the plug, only the charger with the leads coming out of each side. I would have noticed if the European plug had been visible and would not have purchased it. I can't understand why eBay.co.uk would list for sale any item which doesn't have a UK plug. It just doesn't make sense to me. I look forward to your comments. Pauline Heyes

However, on our website of the product the charger is clearly visible with a European plug. https://www.tradeinn.com/waveinn/en/ctek-mxs-5.0-charger/77878/p We can now see that the pictures showing the EU plug are missing on Ebay, this information is only given in the title of the product. Thank you for your message and for restoring my faith in myself regarding the picture of the charger. I appreciate that you need to rectify the matter with eBay but with respect that doesn't help my position and I shouldn't have to go onto your website to check that eBay are doing their job properly. As they are the showcase for your company I feel that as a gesture of goodwill you should honour your guarantee to me despite the fact we replaced the plug with a British one. Without boring you with the details, it was imperative that we got the charger working without further delay. Incidentally we are very pleased with the product and it is working perfectly. Verified reviewFast delivery. These rod protectors are probably more suited to a 2-piece rod, but a little narrow and at the same time too long for a 5-piece (2.4m) rod. The product description should include dimensions.
