Verified reviewI ordered a upf50 sunhat with a relatively large brim , it was send from Spain to The Netherlands in only a foil bag, resulting in brim being bend and making the product therefore not useful at all. I contacted customer service, which was a disasted (I was asked to use yet another and another way of contacting, instead of sending a simple link to website where the damaged product should be announced). After a lot of struggle just to send the complain, I was contacted by the customer service with a rediculous offer of an €8 discount on a +/-€50 worth damaged hat if only I wouldn't send it back... I still did return the product. Now the status says that the estimated delivery time is 3-4 weeks(!!!!!!!!!). I am a person ordering 99% of what my household needs online, but this is just beyond what I could imagine can go wrong with returning a product . I will definitely NEVER order here again! What a disaster! I don't even know if/when I will get my money back. Totally unacceptable!!!!
