Verified reviewOrdered a fishing rod...bottom section broken..was not during shipping as the pice that broke off was not in box ??? Still in process of trying to contact returns department ??? There online form doesn't work allowing you to submit photos and complaint to continue..just won't let you submit ???....still waiting for reply from other contact options...just chatting with robots

Verified reviewA really excellent Shimano Catana telescopic fishing rod. I love it and it really suits my purposes. It’s just the right size and fits in my day backpack. My only criticism was that the postage was slow but that probably was my own fault because I chose the cheapest delivery option, but it did arrive in good condition. Excellent product!
