Verified reviewModel delivered with damaged box and with missing instructions… I could not determine if any other items were also missing.. I agreed to accept a store credit but every time I try to use it with another purchase it is rejected. Buying from this company is problematic and not a good experience.

The model LCT moulding and instructions were very poor considering the price.but I think I should have been better warned about the import duty of £43 pounds it was not any where near this total cost of over £200 for a poor quality item.1001hobbies could do more to forewarn us I’m in 80s and not used to import duty charges especially when buying from what seemed to be a UK company. I feel I been had .

Verified reviewGreat website and easy ordering process with updates on your order. Quick delivery considering it came from France. The only slight negative is that I would have liked better packing for my models, they were rattling around in the box with one piece of packing paper. But I would definitely use again and recommend to all.

Verified reviewAn item in my order arrived damaged, so I emailed them immediately but received no response. A follow up email to a different email address 4 days later with photos, invoice and delivery note also received no reply. I’ve sent 2 further emails to both customer service email addresses in the vain hope I can get the issue resolved but again I have received no reply to either. It's now 29 days after I received the order. I’ve no other option now than to lodge a complaint with Paypal. Good customer service isn’t difficult but it seems these guys haven’t even heard of it. Disappointed, as this is the first bad review I’ve ever left for a company.
