Verified reviewI'm still fighting for a refund for a package that wasn't delivered. Staff have been inconsistent with their ""solutions"". I have had to chase this all the way, nobody has ever bothered to update me without me chasing them. Their ""live"" chat which is supposed to be available Monday to Friday in business hours is normally unavailable Can not recommend them Now I've received an entirely useless reply that I can't have my refund until they've finished their investigation. Hermes tracking for the past 18 days has remained static as order received - it's obvious that the goods are missing - but I don't get my money back to buy replacement Christmas gifts - terrible service Adding insult to injury I've had an email asking me to review the items I've never received

I buy rc parts from all over and have never been treated as a customer this poorly I wil not be back. RUBBISH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
