Verified reviewi ordered 3 jigsaw puzzles delivery was between 25th and 27th november they arrived on the 26th so spot on and well packaged also it shows me they are a genuine supplier so would not hesitate to use 1001 modelkits again in the future i would also recommend them to family and friends

Verified reviewMy order took a month to be delivered. I placed the order on 16th November and yet it transpired that it hadn't even been dispatched until 30th. During this time, no reason or apology was sent to explain this delay. When the order eventually arrived it was incorrect. The only saving grace was that a refund was supplied for the missing items - but I would much rather have had them in a timely fashion.

Verified reviewMy experience so far is to select and pay for goods which are not then delivered. The delivery company Hermes failed to find our address which has been here for 40 years and returned the item to you. I suggest you find a reliable delivery company and either return our money or provided the goods. Update Still had no contact from customer service as promised. But have had 2 deliveries today from Hermes via separate companies with no problems! How long is a couple of days replying to me? This is a Christmas present and it will be difficult to explain why someone has got nothing from me on Xmas day.

They constantly update you with any problems that may arise due to shortage of stock or even delivery delays, especially over the last 7 - 8 months during the coronavirus pandemic. I would recommend anyone to check this site before making a purchase as I found the prices very competitive and in most cases unbeatable.
