  Easy to navigate, well displayed pages, easy to place an order, good selection and I can buy dresses and skirts in the length I like being only 5ft 2 in tall - thank you. The quality of clothes are excellent and look good on and wash lovely too.

  I only order garments that I really like because the thought of travelling to the post office to return unwanted sizes ( I usually order two sizes) definitely deters me from ordering.The garments I have kept I am very pleased with.

  the clothes are stylish and elegant also up-to-date. The prices you pay are right for that item within the range you pay in a shop but I don't agree with the extra you have to pay on what size you are.

  I am pleased with all the garments I have bought over the years. I usually order two sizes so I don`t buy as many things as I would if they had a collection service as well as a delivery. The two other companies I deal with do collect unwanted items, so I tend to prefer to deal with them. Therefore, I have to really like a garment a lot before I will order from Afibel. Also, I have tried to recommend them to friends and family but everyone feels the same as me.

  This is a nice site, generally for more mature shoppers. I liked the tunic sweater very much, it fitted perfectly so the sizing was accurate. It was quite a bit lighter in weight than I assumed from the description so my use of it will be slightly different than planned, I had hoped for something cosier. But it looks lovely on. Delivery was slow compared to most vendors these days, but I was kept informed.

  One item described as a set comprised of one item only. The jacket had the makers label sewn iinto jacket under collar had stitches which showed out side not usual and very badly stictched. this is unusual for Afibel because the finish on their garments is generally excellent.

  The sizes are completely useless. My last order was far too large and I took it to be altered 4" was taken in the side seams. The only reason I had it altered was because I liked it so much, it was just what I had been looking for.

  Ordering was easy. Garments arrived well packed and quality of the 4 jumpers I ordered was excellent. I had to return one as it was Merino wool which irritated my skin and the refund was received within a week. Will definitely be purchasing more items from their range and looking forward to seeing the winter collection.

  I do find the website itself slightly unresponsive -- it doesn't always show the correct colour of garment. For instance if there is a pink and a grey version - click on pink and you see the grey.

  My order took ages to come .When it finally arrived I was so dissatisfied with the dress .The dress looked nothing like the picture .Colours looked washed out and the fabric was horrible.Decided to return but could find no label for this purpose .Now decided to return.Also consulted sizing guide and ordered 16 size way to big for me .
