    Afibel is fine, but too much polyester is used is the clothing. I don't like polyester, which restricts my choices

    Timely delivery of my purchase. Ordered 2 tunic style blouses which were good quality and fitted well but I always like my tunics to be a bit on the longer side ,however that's my personal taste. Would not stop me purchasing again as Afibel is very straight forward to order from.

    Delivery took the whole 10 days to arrive. Far too long. The garment I ordered was OK, nothing great but it was too small so I am having to return it. (I ordered 10/12, I thought that it was more like 8/10) That too will take 10 days, according to them, before I receive a refund, after it gets back to them. There is a cost of £2.99 for returning. That amount will be taken from the refund. Contacted customer service twice regarding my order. The first time to query as to when it was arriving. The lady was very apologetic but very nice. The second time to ask about exchanging/returning the jumper, another lady wasn't so nice so I have sent the whole order back not just the jumper. She stated that the company was French, as if that explains everything. I don't t intend to order from Afibel again.

    I found it difficult to complete my order, as it needed me to open an account, which I eventually did after several attempts. On it telling me my order had been accepted I couldn’t email you to find out when my order would be sent as I couldn’t find my order number. I was not prepared to phone as the calls were not free, so was left in limbo as to 2hen parcel might be sent.

    I love afibel quality but the smart trousers I have bought for years from afibel are always too long, there's not enough size range for us customers who have changing leg lengths due to age and osteoporosis. Only online catalogue I can find does a range of lengths is Damart. C'mon afibel think of us short people who love your quality

    Ordering was fine, it was the time that it took for the delivery. I wanted the dresses for a funeral. I thought that 10 days would have been enough time but they did not come on time. I had to buy another dress so did not need any of the others any more.

    The order took a long time to arrive - over a week! The clothing sizing seems to have changed. Two of the items were far too small in spite of the fact that I had ordered a size larger than several items previously bought from Afibel which are still a good fit.     Have not used this company before, but saw some shoes which I thought were lovely. Ordered and awaited their delivery. Ten days later they arrived via Evri which is usually very quick but of course that depends on when they receive them from Afibel. However they were too tight and hard around the edges making them impossible for me to wear. Returned 2 days after they arrived and 9 days later still waiting for confirmation of my refund.

    Product is first class and sale price also. The site was difficult to use confusing at some point indicating if I spent over £60.00 I would receive free delivery then it failed to register when I tried to apply it. Also I was unable to use the welcome discount despite it saying it could be used on my next order after I received it by email. I understand rules apply but it needs to be clear what conditions if any exist, if it applies only to full price items only. These all concern a purchaser as the end price of an item includes a delivery amount. The adviser I contacted was most helpful and suggested that I call her if I had any issues or needed assistance to place the order.

    Saw the skirt, loved it. Ordered it. Heard that it would be delivered on given date. It arrived a whole week later. The event I wanted skirt for had been and gone. Very disappointed, to return was going to cost me, already charge for delivery. Will not use this service again.

    I have shopped with Afibel in the past and find their products to be of excellent quality, particularly in knitwear. Their free gifts are also of excellent quality but shoppers should be advised to go up a size or two as European sizing tends to be cut smaller than that of the UK. Otherwise, a very good company to buy from.

    Quality items but I find the sizes a bit confusing, sometimes items are too big as it is advised that customers try a size larger than they normally wear. I have no concerns with the service provided from the company and they keep you updated on deliveries and returns.
