I think I've already put in a review so I will say again. It was easy to order online, the sweaters I ordered are amazing and even better that I was able to get them half price.i can't normally afford to buy from you but when you have offers like this on something I want it's amazing.

Percy jumper seems fine but the free gift not so good. I would have preferred a discount and no free gift. Not the first time the free gift has let them down. I won't be caught that way again. Prices are generally quite high and advertising too frequent so unlikely to recommend them to friends.

I have bought many items of clothing from Afibel over many years and been completely satisfied. My latest purchase is a bodysuit. I would call it a "corselette" . This fastens with hooks and eyes. ALL corselettes I have previously owned have the row of 3 hooks at the back to fasten to 3 "eyes" at the front. THIS bodysuit is fastened the opposite way i.e. with hooks at the front and eyes to the back. This design is much more difficult to fasten and I suggest it could be changed in future to please customers, who are used to a better, more secure system of closure. Was this garment designed by a man or a woman? Please believe me a change like this may seem small, but it is extremely important. If you consult your customers, you will know they want to put on a foundation garment and feel comfortable... not spend all day wondering if their underwear is secure. At 81, it is difficult to become accustomed to new designs. The quality of the garment is otherwise excellent.

Site navigation is alright until, after viewing an item and clicking to go back to the original menu it takes me right back to the beginning and not where I had been. At present because of the change in sizing I would only rate Afibel with three stars. When I first started shopping with Afibel I thought they were brilliant as I was getting French fashion at an affordable price price and in a size that fitted well. Now the sizing has altered I’m not so happy.

Afibel are a bit slow at fulfilling orders but once on their way they arrive ok. Quaity and materials seem fine though their sizing is the main reason I have returned goods, there seems mo conformity in size.

This year we changed the way we size our items, so for example if you would have normally ordered a size 14, this is now labelled as a 14/16 and a size 16/18 is now labelled as an 18/20. The reason for this is that the sizing is now considered true to size instead of being generous in size.
