This was my first order and i was so disappointed as they sent the wrong size, they arranged a collection which was picked up. I then got my statement asking for payment for what? i rang to explain i had returned the goods and got told it would take another 4 weeks to get the replacement as it comes from France sorry but i would not place another order.

As the goods have not been received we would acknowledge this and take of any interest or charges if this gets added to the account. I ordered two sale t shirts size18/20 when they arrived they were size 14/16. No use to me. I queried to return them and exchange but found it would cost me a further 2.99 to return plus 3.99 to reorder the tshirts didn't cost that much in the first place.

The items I ordered were excellent although the sizing is somewhat erratic. 16/18 was not available at time of ordering so had to order 18/20. However 2 of the items received were in fact 16/18. Which was more acceptable.

Service is slow in both sending and returning items. Because its so slow you end up getting interest charged on your account and have to phone to get it removed.

Order system is good if rather prolonged on delivery. Delivery by Evri is rubbish. They seldom if ever deliver to the flat. They do not knock even when we are in and they leave parcels at the front door of the block of flats in an unsafe place.

One item was splendid, the others despite being the “same size”, were too small. Irremplaçable on delayed delivery was the wrong colour! Agent on phone said they were right and I had made a mistake despite the fact that delayed delivery on original paperwork showed quite clearly the item I’d ordered. I had to devise my own returns label. The only option apparently besides Royal Mail was to sit and wait for Evri to collect.
