My wife liked the product but delivery was very slow they don't give you a tracking number and phoning them is very expensive. Would be reluctant to buy from them again

Easy ordering but had to return bodysuit as far too big and one winter vest had low scoop at back neck which would be cold in winter, so returned. The other vest was a good fit and two nighties for winter are good thick warm cotton, think they could be advertised as winter nighties. Very pleased with them for cold weather. Afibel seem ok for returns so far. Pleased with one vest and two nighties which are good and good material. I don't like polyester, it's itchy and not breathable.

In the notes it was quoted 4 to 7 days delivery So I ordered I left the country after 15 days and my parcel was still not delivered I had to get some one to send it back I believe the problem was with the courier which took many days to pick up and then over a week to deliver I also got tracking info that they tried to deliver but no one in Which is impossible as the delivery was to a hotel

Answer by CLARE MFlagHi Jacob, Not sure what to say - Afibel changed the shoe sizing so that a size 4 no longer fits me, so after unpacking my order of two pairs of slippers I have had to repack and return them for an exchange. Let's hope the size 5 fits as there is no 4 and a half. Had a nightmare with the courier too, failing to pick up when they said, no email when they said. All in all, a discouraging shopping experience!

I ordered 2 jumpers in size 24 but received 2 jumpers in size 22 . I paid in full at the same time as ordering . I sent them back over a week ago and have had no response as to they have received my parcel or hiw they are dealing with it . Same happened on ordering . The parcel arrived with no communication from afibel only Evri . I’m still waiting to see if they have my parcel . I have read reviews and noticed that this has happened to other customers .

Took far too long to arrive. The site said 3 to 5 days, the email re delivery said 4 to 8! It's not clear the item is coming from France. Customer services replied to me but by then the courier had it. It was far too long from despatch to getting to the courier, because it was coming from France but I didn't know that!! Shall not use them again. I never use companies who charge for return and delivery knowingly.
