    I ordered a pair of trousers, size 18. After waiting quite a while they arrived but Afibel had sent size 16. I contacted their customer service phone at weekendi and a very polite man apologised for the error and asked me to call back on Monday to speak to the regular customer service person I did this and was advised that they would send me a label for a free return. No apology this time. After almost 2 weeks I still have not received my refund. Not what I expected from this company and shan’t be using them again.

    It is very easy to navigate around the website and ordering is simple and quick. Confirmation of the order placed is received quite quickly. To date I have never had any problems with delivery and the order is well packaged. There are clear instructions if for any reason you have to return the item.

    I ordered UK size 20 BUT it sent me size 18 - for BOTH of my selections! (Even though the attached invoice/order extremely stated size 20)! We obviously do NOT want to pay for any return postage, etc. as it was 100% Affibel's fault! However, I so still want to receive what I ordered!!!

    Two jackets ordered. Arrived in a very narrow parcel. Having hung them up for well over a week, the arms still looked deformed so returned. Not sure if the linings are wrong to cause this or just extreme creasing. They were boucle fabric so not prepared to chance the iron.

    the only thing that I'm not pleased with is Evri, some of them do not ring the bell they just leave the parcel on the door, even if it's raining. Our house is very close to the road, so anybodycould come and take it.

    I found what I was looking for easily and the delivery and service were excellent. However the slipper I chose although a good fit were rather uncomfortable under my feet.. The base was rather lumpy after wearing them for 24/48 hours I did not feel comfortable returning them and actually needed them as I could not find any more in the correct size. They have settled down a little but will have to do until I can find some more in my size.

    I found the whole experience outdated and confusing. I ordered 1 pair of trousers in my usual size on the 15th of February. Paid by debit card. I received an email from a third party payment provider to verify the amount, nothing from Afibel. After a week of no parcel and no email, i checked the account. It had the order duplicated on the 15th and 16th and both were showing dispatched. I emailed Afibel on the 21st as there is no chat facility. I gota reply saying orders take 10 working days and my order wasn't placed until the 16th.I received the trousers after 8 days and they were at least 2 sizes too small.

    Order placed on the 10th. Email eventually from Afibel claimed order placed on 15th. Delivery eventually on 18th or 19th (can't remember which). 8 or 9 days for delivery for an item in stock is very long when Amazon can do next day. My email to them in the intermim enquiring about delivery went unanswered.

    Mediocre products, slightly overpriced. Uses Evri for delivery who are dreadful, causing problems on a simple function. Probably wont use again, but tolerable if you want their products.

    Two issues, the nighties bougght for my mother seem to be of the cheapest cotton that may not stand up to the required qashing and use as she is bed boud. That is the risk of buying on line. Secondly, I have never had an issue free delivery from Evri, and this time was no exception. I stayed in to await the delivery but it was like the driver slipped in ninja style and left, and I was not aware he had been. The fuss then for the re delivery.. no way of contacting or speaking iwth a human being, and why they did not simply leave the parcel as requested by the front door. Just irritating and un necessary. I have amazon deliveries all the time, never an issue. Evri just seem to have a non customer focus which detracts from the buying eperience with you.

    I was so disappointed with my first purchase at Afibel. I ordered a size 28 Houndstooth jacket. It was beautiful - the quality was brilliant. They sent me a size 26 which was too small. But in speaking to customer service I was told they had a size 30. Why not email me when I ordered explaining the situation. So i emailed customer service and they said they would exchange the jacket. I returned it and now they won't exhange it. I was told to order it again. But its gone up £15 !!!!!!Never again will I order from them. Terrible customer service.

    I bought slippers from you, size 7 which should have been slightly too large but bought a size up to accommodate a ligament injury in my left foot.     Quality of clothing is v.good however, sizing is not consistent. on my last order i had 2 x jackets size 18, 1 x jumper 16/18 and 1 x tunic 16/18. The jackets i could have had a size smaller, the jumper is fine but the tunic is a very very snug fit.

    Recently discovered this company, good communication to customers I.e. confirmation of order, details of when item sent out with tracking reference. Good choice of products, description of product good giving lengths of garments, delivery fairly quick.
