    I have now been asked to write a review by three different sites so here goes. Trying to order the dress was complicated. Even ordering as a guest needed a password which kept being rejected for no apparent reason. Payment was taken immediately from my account. Despatch was slow.

    Thank you. I was not in when delivery came. I was left a photo of package held by small post box,package much larger. Message said left in letter box-impossible! Either propped on top of box or left on the floor. This happens frequently,I have seen the drivers just throw parcels outside the door.

    I recieved a lovely jumper from Afibel today It was covered with beautiful coloured flowers in front and back. Some of my friends arived, and asked to see what I had bought. All of them were impressed with the lovely soft material and beautiful colours front and back. It is my birthday soon so I have decided to wear it when myself and friends are having a good meal out.

    I ordered 3 items. I received confirmation with my correct billing/ delivery address. About a week later the delivery update said they had only 2 items and had completely changed my billing/ address to somewhere along my road. I tried to get the parcel redirected but it was sent back to Afibel who had the cheek to deduct a returns charge. Several weeks later the 3rd item turned up which was very nice and I kept. Sadly they have lost any further custom from me.

    Everytime I order with Afibel there is an issue. One that had to be dealt with by the Ombudsman. I personally would not use them ever, but elderly mother insists on one of their styles of trouser. Most recent order - could not use offer codes on whole order but no reason given why and all terms met. Ordered 3 Pairs of trousers, received only 2 other order was cancelled for no reason and no email informing me that it had been cancelled. Absolutely awful company.

    I won't be buying from them again, the Jacket I ordered was very nice but shorter than it looked on the model, and the sleeves were so short, I also had to pay over £3 to return it, when it was not my fault, I never get problems with sleeves but these where really short

    I ordered online from an item from a catalogue which was for 50% discount of any item . Which was a fantastic offer ,upon receiving confirmation of same ,a discount of free delivery was given instead of 50% placing the full cost of the item on my account.     Very good ,rather classy clothes,not great delivery but adequate ,the delivery was good we were out and our safe place was used by the courier and the parcel was securely wrapped all goods were in good condition only thing about it was the price and postage with the price of the items I would have thought the delivery charge could have been lower or even free
