Easy to navigate the items I require. The fit of the clothing is always excellent and the clothes are well made with good materials. They wash and wear well, even after many washing the fit is still good.Good delivery service. Also an excellent returns availability. All in all I’m very pleased with the service of Afibel.

Items arrived on time stated. Well packed. .The jumpers I ordered were really nice and for once a perfect size. I have had trouble in the past that a size 18/20 was too small and the next size 22/24 was too big, but i see they now sell size 20 which fits me perfectly.

The website often has no products in certain categories which is a disappointment as is bringing up 3/4 items providing little choice. What you do have is good, albeit the style is definitely a bit dated which discourages under 60's from buying more.

Site navigation is good but not always able to enter offer codes so lose out ! When calling customer service no-one can change details for me so again, I lose out. Recent parcel had an item missing and last order had item missing but no refund yet ?
