When I purchased this order I realised I didn't want it so I emailed Afibel to cancel which was at 5:20 pm and was told I could not cancel my order as it was being processed, I emailed them again and said I had a right to cancel an order within 24hours of placing it but they still refused to accept my cancellation and told me that I could refuse the delivery or return it with a cost to me which I won't be paying.

No response from customer service. I diverted my order to ParcelShop (my local Tesco Express), as prompted by Evri, and received a confirmation email. I am horrified to receive a notification from them saying that my package is now being returned to Afibel following a failed delivery attempt. I have contacted Afibel customer service twice for help through their website, but no response except for automated acknowledgements. Very frustrating.

I sent an email as I had a problem ordering a jumper for my 94 year old auntie. The subsequent reply did not solve my problem so I was forced to call. While on the phone I pointed out that I was concerned about the cost of the call but this did not speed up the customer service operator at all. I have now discovered that this call cost me £6.66. I am absolutely fuming and will not be ordering from Afibel ever again. My advice would be if you need to call them then don’t bother and take your business elsewhere.

I did not have the magazine in front of me as I had left it at the care home with my auntie. I stand by my comments that your charges for phone calls are astronomical. Therefore I will not be ordering from Afibel again. If an elderly person could not order online then they would be forced to pay the huge cost of calling to order. Do you really think this if fair?

I ordered on 18th Sep but no order history on my account. Contacted customer service, got response after a day saying there's problem with updates on website. Contacted after 7 days about my delivery as there were no updates on EVRI website. As usually customer service sadi there won't be update as this is shipping from France. Haven't received the order even after 9 days and called customer service, he even said same. After two days I received an email saying order delivered which clearly isn't. I went back to customer service saying same but they said it's delivered and cant do any action until 14 days!!! My money is gone..order not delivered after all these horrendous contacts!

I am STILL waiting for the shoes to be delivered, that I ordered on 31st August. In order to sort out this issue, I phoned Afibel. I am outraged that as a result of this call, to sort out Afibel inefficiency, I have incurred a £10 phone charge, from their Premium Rate number.

Evri emailed a couple of times to say they would be delivered that day or next dayY, but nothing has arrived. EVRI also emailed to say that they had tried to deliver on Sunday but said no-one at home. This is not the case, as I was at home with the family and doorbell is in good working order. The clothing ordered was very poor quality material and cut and quite unwearable, have had to return everything including a beach towel that was offered at a good price. Unfortunately even if it had been free, I would not have wanted to keep it, same goes for the clothing.

Whilst their goods are first class delivery is extremely slow.In chasing the order after 10 days we were told to allow up to15 working days.On informing them that this was far from satisfactory we received our order the next day!!

The item was lovely, very pleased with it, however it was ordered as a birthday gift two weeks prior to the occasion and arrived a day after the event. The courier delivered the day after they received it so the delay was not with them.

Poor communication with Afibel, delivery took 2 weeks, when sending an email the order number was incorrect so had to call, customer service, the first customer adviser hang up before I could finish asking her my question. The whole episode took up so much of my time. Will think twice before I place another order.

Answer by Leanne HFlagDear Customer Services My main complaint was communication problems. 1) the order number I was given was not recognised, therefore I could not send an email 2) the customer care telephone call I made, the advisor was not very helpful at all. The second call I made to customer care, was very helpful, I was informed the delivery would be with me the following week, however it appears it was the wrong information, as I was advised by Evri the next day that they would be delivering. Although the long delay in delivering my last order was beyond your control, it would have been easier if a message explaining this, could have been posted on your website.
