  No email to tell me when to expect delivery but as soon as I inquired when it would be delivered it arrived next day. Other companies let you know who will be delivering and you are able to track your parcel so you can be at home.The purse you sent free had a broken zip and was of no use at all. The bracelet a joke such bad quality. I didn't need a free gift just good information.

  Likes the tops I've chosen as I cannot wear polyester . Don't like some of the sizing. Your are a size 22 but they only offer 22/24 on some of the items. I prefer just one size i.e 22.

  Very disappointed with service. Firstly the ad on the net was offering free postage, upon completion of the order postage was being charged. it was later amended and I ordered. Very surprised with the delivery delay considering this is meant to be a UK Company. Ordered 5th did not arrive until 13th. I am a 14/16 but for comport ordered 16/18. fitted, only just with hardly any overlap. Did not return as it was ideal for my daughter who is a 12/14

  My mum is very pleased with her dressing gown. I ordered a size 14 which was too big so had to return and re-order a 12 which is perfect. As a small lady, she really appreciated the petite length. My only complaint is the cost of postage and packing which unfortunately added another £7.98 to the final cost.

  The site is easy to use, but the clothes are sometimes a little on the large size so if you're between sizes then I would go for the smaller size. Dispatch of the items were quick & arrived within several days even with the Coronavirus sticking it's nose in. The clothes are of a good quality & wash well but if they don't fit properly you can easily return them for a different size or a different item or a straightforward refund.

  Delivery was fine but the returns could only be through the post office which as I am shielding in not an option, most companies offer 'hermes' collection for returns. I was happy with one item but the other was big enough to get two people in. Perhaps the charity shop will be able to sell them.

  I did receive my order on 09/06/20 but I received your Statement 03/06/20 for period to 26/05/20! I therefore request a new Statement date as it is unlikely that my Returns will reach you before 16/06/20 as we are vulnerable and require assistance in order to return the goods to you. If you are however returning, we have extended our returns time due to customers being unable to get out. If any charges are added to the account in this time then these can be removed.   it would be nice if the delivery could be a little earlier . also would it be possible to have trousers in more lengths, for instance length 25 and 27 because not everybody is tall. blouses are lovely.

  The site is easy to navigate and the product good with delivery a little slower than some companies but fine, There was no notification of h\when the order wouod arrive so one star less. The prices are o kon sale or with discount as delivery is not free
