Verified reviewTheir customer service is appalling. I was trying to speak to someone for days without success. Plus the quality of the product is so poor. I bought a wall clock and the design inside the front glass of the clock is just a colorful paper cutting which wasn't even glued properly!!! So yes, very disappointed

Verified reviewGood product, nicely designed and easy to setup. However delivery took approx 1 month despite stating 10 days on website and virtually no communication despite sending several emails asking for update. Overall satisfied and would order again but communication could be better.
