  Panniers came well packed in individual boxes. The coding of the barrels.to my own key was fiddly....at one point I couldn't get the key out of the pannier and had to unscrew the pannier plate inside the box ( two or three screws) I would have liked better and bigger printed instructions....AND I ADVISE THAT YOU TEST THE LOCKS OUT WITH THE PANNIERS OPEN.....I don't know how I would have dismantled it if the key stuck when it was closed.... They are really nice.panniers, suit the bike and are easily fitted and removed in seconds to give your bike that naked , fresh look when your not carrying luggage. The expansion mechanism seems.ribust and works well , and I didn't notice any handling problems two up at high speed with them both expanded ( other than the girlfriend saying it's. Along way to lift her leg......wait untill the givi (2 helmets)large top box is fitted 😂...shame Motorad don't make a large equivalent matching one

  I rate this transaction as bad because given that the item ordered costs +$700USD they shipped it crammed into a small box that barely fits the items, without any fragile stickers or indication to handle with care also no padding inside due to small box barely fitting item. I have pictures of the broken pin Upon receiving it's part of the edge of carbon trim was already poking out of the box due to transit and WORSE STILL a major Pin the is supposed to hold the carbon trim in place with the bike body is BROKEN OFF when received. They told me the accept shipping returns but it costs more than $250 for return shipping to supplier for something that was not my fault

  No. I would absolutely not recommend them. The oil I bought took more than 3 weeks to arrive. I had to continuously email to follow up. They did not provide updates on the delays and I could not even reach them on the phone line. To top it all off they email me in french and I do not even speak french. It was the worst service I have ever had.

  I bought the system 7 and GS helmets from bmw euor. The service was good but the helmets size has changed since the last models. I ordered exactly the same size as my previous bmw helmets but both the new ones are smaller. I hear Schubert are not making them anymore probably why size has changed. I’m not very happy as it’s a premium helmet. Now it’s uncomfortable.

  I had a horrible experience with this order, not only did they blatantly broke their own rules of purchase they lied about lead time and did not want to let me cancel order due to them not having item in stock as shown after receiving email stating item is backordered I immediately request for cancel as I did not want to wait which was still in line with the 3 day order cancellation allowance as advertised on their T&C. Instead I was told it would be only a week. Yet after 1 month wait item still not shipped I requested for refund and they still did not want to allow and instead after i demanded for Cancellation due to their gross misconduct and ask my credit card company to cancel purchase, they still manage dragged my time by saying they would revert me to accounts dept yet after 2 weeks still nothing and with that they just shipped item without letting me know. Through out this ordeal I had informed them that their actions are out of line with their T&C and demanded to speak to a superior but I was just told they would forward my case. But after twice demanding to sort out my case still none of their superiors cared to right the mistake that they themselves have made from the start. I had 2 smooth orders from them but the way they gone abouts this is So wrong.

  Very disappointed with BMW europe-moto.com. The jacket I bought was very well made and I expect a good price for the quality. However it was sold as an " All weather jacket "and fitted with inserts. With these removed the jacket was very warm and not really suitable for hot days as there are no air vents. So I have returned the jacket. ( I might add that europe-moto at first refused delivery of the returned jacket ) My problem and still is trying to get a refund and costs. This has been a very poor experience and I am still 100 euros out of pocket. I have been trading emails with customer service but still they keep saying it will be looked at next week !! I think its now six weeks if not longer. Having bought a brand new BMW GS 1250 this year plus other clothing, all this does is leave a poor taste in the mouth and I'm just a disappointed customer. If your a UK customer and buying something I would be very careful to make sure what you are buying is correct for you, returning any goods is not advisable in my experience. As BMW europe-moto did not have any system for me to use. Go to your local BMW bike shop and buy it there, be happy and keep it shinny side up. regards Keith

  I give one start because I can't score it any lower!!! The shipment was late, the currier lost my package and they delivered a broken sink. I reported this issue on August 10th. Since then they are "working" with DPD to find my package and nothing has been found!! I provided all documentation and informaiton about the wrong delivery and they do NOTHING!!! The best part I made a complain on their FB and IG pages and they decided to block my user and delete my comments, please if you can RUN AWAY from them!!!

  Tried them first on a 12 days trip to 3 Greek islands, Crete, Rhodos, Evia and came back so happy and comfortable. I crossed with them from the first time I put them on 5500 km without any issue except that they are very convenient. Thank you BMW Motorrad

  When I was searching for parts, the delivery time was 3-4 days. Made an order on August 30 2021. For indicators and break pads. Shipment was done on September 14 2021. Shipment I paid for was for DHL, and was later done with another courier. Reasons beyond my understanding. At this very moment the shipment is stuck somewhere in Paris because of insufficient documentation. This is just disappointing.

  Slow to fulfill orders. You’ll get auto generated emails which specify a delivery date, but I have ordered from them twice now and each time the items were not shipped until after that stated delivery date had passed. Three stars since they do have decent prices. You’ll just need to wait longer than they indicate for your items to arrive.

  I have an ongoing saga with this group of bull shitters. The promised 5 day delivery, or whatever it was ended up being being several weeks before they said they'd send it by priority courier. I told them not to bother but a week later they sent it anyway. When it eventually arrived (a seat in a black bin liner), I refused to accept it and the courier took it way to be send back to the sender. Weeks later and it still hadn't been returned as they had not bothered to contact the courier. So, they've lost a sale and had to pay postage in both directions. Fortunately, I paid by PayPal whom refunded me the full cost once I lodged a complaint. Stay clear from them and if possible report them.

  In general the rating would be greater than a 3. Prices are great but too often items appear in stock and ready to ship until you actually order it. Then after a few days you get an email saying its out of stock and needs to be ordered from BMW. This is fine unless like me, the part you want is also out of stock at BMW. Orders should not be processed if the item is not in stock and the in stock availability in the online store should reflect the same. If the user sees the correct in stock date they can make an informed decide at the point of purchase instead of being told afterwards that the stock is not actually available.

  My experience with bmw.europe-moto.com was good, I just wish they were located in Germany. Shipping time was a little below average when compared with other companies. I'll shop there again.

  It was very disappointing to find stock levels on the website are not accurate. I contacted customer support after I received an out of stock notification. I required that the order would be fullfilled before a certain date or otherwise teh order should be canceled so I could order elsewhere. Delivery before that date was promissed but in the end items arrived after I returned from a trip on which I required the items. So website and service wise disappointing but the items were delivered correctly and for a competitive prise, albeit to late.

  Very disappointing. Money was withdrawn instantly, but items was only send some two-three weeks later after several reminders and in the end my cancellation of the order. Last time I order items from bmw.europe-moto.com.

  This is an excellent source for BMW gear they have not allowed to be brought into the USA. I love to buy what I want when I want and while the product did not exactly match the description and DHL adds to small orders I LOVE having this as an option for my stable of BMW's.
