  The item was supplied on time in good condition if somewhat expensive. I was however very disappointed to be advised by the carrier that I had to pay them a further £55 GB before they would deliver the item. This was not identified on the BMW Motorrad website during the order procedure.

  I really don’t like my local dealer. They don’t pick up the phone. Staff in parts forget to order some or order the wrong one. Every time I go I feel like I’m bothering them and they don’t seem like they like their jobs. They really annoy me. Love this website I find what I need for my bike on my own, they have everything from apparel to bike parts.

  I'm in USA, i bought a Helmet (700$), wrong size was small for me, even if i'm a 59 and i bought a 59, they offered to replace it only if i send it back at my expenses (100$). If you buy clothes or helmets there is a big risk to choose a wrong size, since they claim to be a worldwide shop and 14 days return policy... they do not state you have to pay ship expenses to send things back. Very disappointed, The worst experience i've ever had with BMW.

  Very disappointed to be charged significant costs for import, this was never mentioned and the invoice detailed the cost as zero. Delivery was suggested at 3 to 5 days - it took much longer. I should have sourced it in the UK as overall the price would have been less and delivery quicker.

  The delivery was a bit slow. Support was limited to any question with reference to bmw official website for mounting descriptions. When I asked for mounting intstructions I haven't found on bmw official website the answer was I better take it to a dealership for service.... And overall not cheaper then at the dealership.

  I planned a motorbike trip to Europe and for that reason I decided to order some nice BMW Motorbike Sneakers. I order a month in advance before the trip and on the website it stated delivery will take 5 to 7 working days or something. However, straight after the order I received an email that there might be a delay. I am fully aware of issues with in all supply chains and that things do take longer and I did order at the same time some bags for the bike for the trip as well. However, this is actually not the reason for my 1 start review. The reason for such bad score is that the customer service was very bad. I always had to chase to get updates and I had the feeling that I was just another unhappy customer they did not want to engage with. As mentioned I ordered Bags with a different company, which also had problems, but they were in contact all the time and tried everything to get my order to me. With days to spare they did manage, you did not. I had not the feeling that I am a valued customer at all and felt very much left alone. However, I did not return them, just because the quality of the sneakers is outstanding! I absolutely loves them and decided not to send them back. If there would not be to top quality, I would have definitely send them back!!! Sneaker absolute top, but customer service was not great at all and I would expect better.

I waited two months. I asked to cancel the order and return the money. They wrote that they were working. Another month passed. No news yet. I begin to be indignant. Please return the money.

  I brought as website said item was in stock and 3 to 5 days. When I ordered and paid, it then all went wrong with item taking 4 weeks and a customer service that just gave the impression of not caring in any way at all.
