  The order process was fine and the package arrived promptly. I was quite pleased. Unfortunately I had a warranty issue with the order and when I tried to contact Customer service. I received nothing but automated response requiring me to return the item. I would have liked to speak to a person or at least had my emails regarding the issue addressed directly other than by automated response. I ended up repairing the item myself but have gotten no follow up from Europe\Moto.

  Very poor website, poor after sales and return policy, jacket too small and difficult to return, company did not supply return slip, does not state on website the customer is liable to be import and export duty when trying to return, will not use company again.

  Mostly after I place an order, I’m informed that either the product is unavailable or the size or colour is unavailable. That’s a terrible feeling and it has happened not just once or twice but multiple times. The site doesn’t update its out of stock product and makes customers pay for it and then later offer a refund or credit note. Their delivery process has improved a bit but needs a reminder very often to check if item is dispatched or not. Still a long way to improve

  Regarding the Europe moto my opinion is very good. They informed me about the jacket that it will be available late December, although it was visible in the site. Regarding the trousers for my wife, it was very very big, probably the sizing from BMW is not good. They refunded me, but I paid enough money for the return. It was not their fault, it was BMW fault sizing..

  I ordered a backrest which took forever to arrive. After a week of no response, I called and explained I needed it for going on a trip in two weeks time and was told it would be dispatched. Item didn't arrive in time so i had to get something elsewhere. When it did arrive turns out to was the wrong item and won't fit the top box. I didn't get a chance to discover it was wrong as i had been on the trip and then when I came back i contracted covid so had to isolate for 10 days. So when i contacted them to say it was wrong they told me it had gone beyond the 14 days they allow for returns so i can't send it back. It is still brand new in the bag but it doesn't seem to matter to them and they have no consideration to the fact they delayed the delivery and then covid came into play so it was out with my control to return within the very short 14 days that they seem to allow... but as long as they have my money they couldn't care... very disappointing and could do with a lesson in customer relations. Wont be going back if this is their attitude.

  Ordered an Enduroguard outfit (vest and pants) and verry happy with my purchase, the fast delivery, the good price as this outfit, now discontinued, was offered at a reduced price. A tiny detail though : a snap button was missing in the trousers but I decided I didn’t need to send the item back under warranty, so I replaced it myself…

  After reading some other reviews I was a little apprehensive about using this service, however I am so delighted that I did. My order took 3 days to arrive from Germany. I received tracking details on the day of dispatch and regular updates to say where it was at all times. When I purchased the Item VAT was not charged from the website. This is paid later in the form of an import tax to DHL. You pay this in order for it to be released from customs. The whole process from order to delivery was excellent. I will definitely buy from BMW.Euroupe-moto.com again! I have installed the headset and it works perfectly.

  They sent it a couple days later than my payment and I received it in a week. Unfortunately, my helmet was damaged during the transport. Marc helped me a lot for the replacement which was a very difficult process. I was definitely pleased to buy from them because of the better prices and variety of stocks and help of course.
