  It was not clear on the web site that This was an internet site sending goods from Germany and that as I was based in the UK there would be a large 20% plus a fee premium customs tax charge . I was told afterwards it was because we left Europe. Nothing in the order confirmation told me that and if it was very clear i would have cancelled the order.

  Not very happy... I bought hand guards for my motorcycle... They said they we're compatible but they are not... None of the holes line up in any way or form. When I contacted them they said they would. Now I'm left with a set of guards I cannot use, and it's too much to send back,.. Now ime down about £45....so not happy

  My second order I made was delayed. I followed up many times. It was late then that they sent an email that one item was not available and have to changed it with another item available. That caused another delay. From the date it was promised , three times that the delivery date was re-scheduled. I followed up many times but nothing arrived.

  Acceptable. The shipping process is way to long. Almost a week to ship the goods and the courier isn't the fastest. Almost 12 days to receive the items. Very far from the best online shops.

  Have to say one of the worst companies I have ever had dealings with. Order went through on 19th January, money taken from my account on 21st January. Took me checking with ups and 5 emails to be told that package was returned due to problems with my address??? This was on the 25th of February. I have asked for a refund but still no word. Can't get through on phone. BMW should be made aware of the dreadful, unprofessionalism and lack of customer service. I gave one star but feel it's too much. Furthermore I lost a customer due to this farce.

  i bought items for christmas gift but get keep getting delay without notify from your side. after keep asking and got promises from you without any specific date i gave up and remove the helmet out of my order.   Order an item they advertised as in stock. gave me a delivery date but did not happen. Then found it was not in stock and told item late from BMW. Waited a while but still no delivery date was given. In the end I cancelled order but had to chase many times before I finally got my money back. Not a great experience for me however their service may well be good on items they actually have in stock - we will have to see!!

  Happy with the offering and post service customer support. Unhappy that the stock information on the web shop and the actual stock is not accurate. Had to find the jacket elsewhere even though it was "on stock" on the site. Even more so, even few days after my order when I was told by customer service that the jacket was not on stock and was not possible to order it any more from BMW, it was still on the site as being on stock.

  I lost one of my old gloves so this purchase was a replacement, very pleased with product but a cost a bit more than I was expecting with customs, vat, and £11 to “cover likelihood of default oayment” having to be paid additionally to courier before delivery…

  Correct and quick service at the seller, but the items were first shipped by the transport company after two weeks. Freight was expensive even had the delivery been prompt. Sender is responsible for shipping, therefore only two stars.

  The boots i chose were supposed to be 5/7 days delivery that was dec 20th 3 weeks later still no boots so i get onto customer care to be told my size out of stock for 2 weeks so i said ill wait, 2 weeks later told my size wont be in till march so i cancelled those boots and ordered 2nd choice they arrived 1 week later. Boots 10/10 delivery and not clearly putting the info that sizes arent in stock 2/10. Will i shop here again, probably not.

  The product I received is damaged (helmet strap was not sewed in completely). Not happy about it, and due to the shipping cost, I'll not be returning it for a replacement. Still giving you 5 stars though. Maybe before you ship stuff to USA, do better job inspecting the product. Mistakes happen.
