  I recently purchased a set of vario panniers for my gs1200,one arrived damaged whilst in transit,I contacted bmw.europe-moto and they arranged to have the damaged pannier collected and sent me out a new one quickly,no quibbles,well done 👍

  I have ordered several times over the past few months. Shipping may take a few days longer but you can not beat the prices. I had a Option 719 rim that arrived damaged and the rim was promptly replaced. Awesome customer service and fantastic prices.

  Excellent service but unfortunately, through no fault of Europe moto, the item doesn’t fit my bike in the sense that I cannot use my existing rear pillion seat with this riders seat. Apparently even though my bike is a K44 plated as Dec 2006 build it has a different clip mechanism to attach pillion and riders seat . Query whether Australian export model is something to do with this or my bike is fitted with previous seat which allegedly changed in November 2006 ?. It is easier for me to look for a “later model” rear seat which will attach to my new riders seat than to return this one and still be looking for a rear seat anyway . I stress this is unfortunate but absolutely no fault of Europe moto . It would help I guess if a photo of the underside ( seat pan) was on the site then I could have clearly seen that it was not going to be compatible with mine . I say this only to be constructive as it would clearly avoid this inadvertently happening again

  The process of ordering is seamless and efficient. The tracking is left to be desired. Dates were entered wrongly in the system and thus caused some kevel of confusion. The time-frame btw the order and the actual shipping of goods is lengthy while items are said to be in stock. Goods had not shipped at the time it was estimated to be delivered. Overall it looks like a bit of tweaking is needed in the chain of various processes until the goods actually ship. It looks like steps are not properly monitored. Thank you for the opportunity to share my perception. And thank you for the great quality of bmw products.

  The site is good with competitive pricing although shipping rates, to Australia, are higher than some competitors. The only major issue I have is that there is no contact from customer service when an item availability dates change after an order is made and paid for. The information has to be actively sought by the buyer. This needs to improve, customers should be actively advised and offered cancellation if the revised date no longer meets their needs. I do note that when I contacted them with a request to remove such an item from an order they did so promptly.

  I ordered my jacket and was given a delivery time frame. Once I did not receive my jacket, I began inquiring. I was never told that my order was delayed. I had to find out on my own. Even then, when they responded, the response was when we get it, we will send it to you. Not much help. The jacket is awesome and once it was in transit no problem. Customer service was not quite what I thought it would be since any customer should be contacted once it is discovered their merchandise will be delayed.

  Considering I paid over £17 for 'Express' DHL delivery, the item took ages to arrive. It wasn't dispatched for 2 weeks after payment was taken and then took several days. No problem with the item when it arrived though so all good if you are patient!

  LOVE this jacket! The fit is perfect and it allows for full mobility. I live in Singapore so it is a bit warm but to be honest, any jacket is a hot jacket when you live on the equator. Highly recommend this jacket to any BMW rider.

  I paid £853.64 for this jacket on 28/02/22. When it was dispatched I was informed there was £299.74 to be paid in taxes before it could be delivered which is a ridiculous amount. I advised BMW Europe Moto I wanted to cancel my order who informed me I had to contact DHL. I contacted DHL on 09/03/22 to advise them to return it. Nothing happened, I contacted DHL again on 21/03/22 who advised they must have lost my email. I advised again it was to be returned and have heard nothing again. So as it stands I have paid £853.64 and have no jacket. BMW Europe Moto have advised they won't refund my purchase until they receive the jacket back. There was no mention of additional taxes on the website when I ordered the jacket and BMW Europe Moto have not been helpful at all in managing this. I am still waiting on my refund. If this isn't sorted asap I will be forced to take action to recover my money.

  Product fine. Delivery and customer service very poor. When I made the order there was NO statement on import duty which raised the price by 1/4. I emailed customer service to clarify and ask if I let the order return without paying import, would i be reimbursed a refund. And if the boots did not fit, would I be refunded the import cost and pay again for a different size? I never received an answer. I tried calling. No response. Very poor for BMW and very worrying. About losing a large amount of money. The website did not cover any of this. BMW is responsible to inform on import costs. (I double checked my order) and should communicate. I will not use the system again.

  It took over a month from order taken to shipment date. No mention of stock issues, so I assume just slow service. The item itself was expensive but the £17 shipping cost was ridiculous. Quality of product good - service and cost poor. Will look for 3rd party compatible products in the future. Sorry but you did ask.

  The operations side of their business is very sloppy. I got the automated email that my parcel had been dispatched and should arrive in about a week, however without a tracking number. With the original delivery date missed by almost a week, I wrote them an email (in French) asking for tracking information. They apologised for failing to send my parcel in the first place and promised to do it soon. After another week the parcel was sent to my German address but then the carrier company failed to deliver because BMW Europe-Moto didn't supply the street address, only the postcode. Curiously, the correct address was listed on my e-invoice. In the end I had to supply my address to the carrier myself, which was followed by a successful delivery. This is NOT what I'd call a good business practice. At least the item was correct.

  Prices and products are as they promote on the website and social media. The transit is extremely long and they don’t update you with the status. You have to keep asking.   Great product and purchasing process. A bit of confusion as to whether the tank bag had been purchased, I received messages asking me to complete the order in the basket. This may just be a glitch as it was an international order. But an email to the team confirmed purchase and product arrived as described. 👍

  The product arrived in acceptable condition (Damaged packaging, but the helmet was fine). However, the biggest concern was the difference between the advertised delivery time and the real one. I paid for a delivery of 3-5 business days, and it took 14... No shipment refund was given.  Will not buy again and advise everyone to consider the local dealer

  My parcel took nearly 3 months to get to me. I had no information or updates from them about where it was. I had to message them a few times and each time they said that it was on it's way which it clearly wasnt. Not impressed.

  It took a bit longer to reach me than I was expecting and I was also surprised to get a cat bill as I thought that lpval tax was included in the price but neither thing is a big deal. I’d use them again
