  I received the products I was expecting. However, I was not able to get in touch with the seller EUROPE MOTO when I wanted to and this gave me a certain level of anxiety. Two weeks ago I passed a second order of BMW products with EUROPE MOTO but it hasn't shipped yet and I have no way to reach the seller. The phone number shown on EUROPE MOTO's website appears to be fake and EUROPE MOTO does not answer emails. This should be fixed

  The site has a great selection of genuine BMW parts and accessories. It’s a easy site to browse and select the items you want to buy. My only negative is this, it’s not BMW moto’s fault but I thought I’d highlight for any UK buyers as it caught me out. The seat was a very good price, that’s why I purchased it, but I had to pay the import duties here in the UK before it was delivered. It went from being a £200 bargain to a £250 “did I really need this” kind of purchase. Again, not the sellers fault but worth a mention. Apart from that, all good.

  The goods arrived as describes and were very well packaged. However, delivery to the UK took five weeks and I was charged 30% extra by DHL for import tax, so it ended up more expensive than buying from my local dealer and getting the next day. Unfortunately, as a UK buyer this company are not worth me using again.

  Everything about BMW Europe Moto is awesome. The prices are about 40-50% less than the cost in the US. If you have an issue they are on top of it and take great care of their customers. Shipping time to the US may be a bit longer than getting it stateside, but when you are saving $3000 versus buying it here I am happy to wait. Shipping is through DHL and is very inexpensive.

  Overall process with international shipping works very well. It is not always easy to track the shipment bcz the tracking number is not provided for the local forwarder. I had to chat with DHL through their online platform in order to get to know the whereabouts of my order.

  Originally I ordered a cap also but this was not on stock causing a delay of delievery - I find the communication about this was lacking, it should have been much more active. Regarding the tank back I ordered I would have liked it to be more clear that it was without straps - this caused that I had to make a new order with addional extra costs. All and all I think there is room for improvement.

  I wasn’t told at the time of purchase that I’d have to pay an additional £102 duty and tax when it lands with the courier in the uk poor show if am being honest over priced and it also came with no instructions and holding plate and a piece of the stitching in the holding bag was ripped not happy at all with BMW in the slightest

  I purchased a Grey seat but was shipped a Black Seat. bmw.europe-moto initially claimed that this was not an error, but that BMW had changed the part numbers. Having claimed a refund from Paypal they are now asking me to return the item I have, after which they say that they will send the correct item. I am still waiting for the problem to be resolved. Communication is not good.

  If I could give no stars, I would. Worst e-shop/retailer in a long time. BMW is severely losing its once maybe good name here, but that's history now. The quality of service not only on this e-shop but also of the products (cars and motorcycles) is crying, the communication is desperate. Lessons learned? No. Everything is blamed on Covid, on whatever else, but BMW still pretends that everything is fine and on the clients ******. I don't mean to be vulgar.

  Not a great place to buy Bmw motorrad items.The boots originally ordered were not in stock at the time of order and I was told it would be in by the end of the month - 3 weeks or so. At that point it was revised to the following month. When I called in, I was informed they haven't had them in stock for 4-5 months and are not expected. Yet - they still take orders and your money with no hope fo fulfilling.

  Payed for the item twice as system didn't generate a sales order. In the end it took 3 days just to place the order. Had to convince them to create an order and return one payment and keep the other instead of returning both payments. Started to wonder if they actually wanted to make the sale! After the order was finally taken it took nearly a week just for the order to be processed, which by todays standards is slow, at one point I contacted them to see if my order had been lost. Finally got confirmation it was on its way. Now I genuinely thought I was ordering from a UK branch of BMW Europe due to the union jack and the icon that states BMW EUROPE MOTO UK! but I suppose the clue is in the name and is actually a page in English, so got hit with a £50 duty bill by DHL after I told them I had not realised it was not a UK branch and to return it before it went through French Customs as DHL kindly called me to tell me there was duty on the order. 2 days later it turned up on my door, so I sent it away again. The following week the order was still in holding with DHL. First contact was premium rate number, so I hung up and went on line, finally got a normal rate number and was informed they wanted money to return the item. Which I thought was a bit rude as they had been paid £17 to deliver it, and I told them to return before it left France avoiding any charges. I've put this in the review as I had no choice on which courier was used. DHL was used because BMW EUROPE MOTO choose to use them. Having seen them in there modus operandi I will certainly not be using DHL again and I doubt I will be using bmw Europe Moto again, purely because of the extra costs after purchase as they are not in the UK. I should also add that due to DHL's wantant greed, I ended up paying the duty opposed the the fees to return the order, which was delivered within 2 hours of payment. The items I ordered were however top notch, if not reassuring expensive after HMRC & DHL had there grubby little fingers in the pie.
