  I orderd a low seat for my BMW F800GT on 30th April. It didn't arrive till 11th May but before delivery I had to pay over £63 on duty./tax etc... Communication was poor mainly because it tok several days to start the delivery process. I was not informed about the extra duty charge untill I was emailed by DHL. I was not given an optional delivery date or time and happened to be out when it arrived. Fortunately it was still on my doorstep when I got home. The seat itself is good and does what I wanted. The service and communication and extra charge were very poor. I will not buy from here again!

  I asked your customer service team before order this unit. For your info this unit has two mounting parts, and written that "Installation instructions and all mounting parts are included” in its page. I've sent my question with pictures. Your team replied me "If you’re talking about the pack N°1 and 2 yes everything is included. The part N°11 alone is not an obligation for the mounting and it is not included all the rest in 1 and 2 allow you to mount both packs". Regarding this answer I expected to get both mounting parts with the unit at once. Unfortunately the package arrived with only one mounting part. Other one missed. Then I gave this information to your customer service and requested the missed mounting part at delivery day. The comedy has just started after this...Your team said that there was a misunderstanding, I have to buy second mounting part individually. This means extra 100 EUR shipping fee custom taxes. I need a solution urgently. This was a birthday gift to my old friend, I tried to order this unit until the end of March. Please someone else from the management solve this stupid situation asap.   Bad experience,,, I will not repeat it again. I ordered many items that shows availability. After payment, no update about shipment until I telephone called customer service after many e mails without response. Some items are pre order and they will ship it once it is available. My order was on med of April. Up, to now I didn’t receive my order. Customer service girl closed the call when i was complaining .

  I ordered a Visor for a GS Helmet. The page and order stated a14 days delivery or your money back. After 45 day my ordered had not shipped I came to know this because I wrote several emails asking for my visor. A tracking link or number was not provided until multiple complaints to a to customer service agent that told me that the money back on late deliveries was written on the page but not in the product (whatever that means). To make it short a 14 days delivery became a 70 days delivery with a very incompetent customer service, fulfillment and logistic service that I have experienced purchasing goods on-line, as a footnote I buy almost everything on-line.

  I ordered a drive belt for my BMW F650CS. The price looked good however when you factor in the import and handling charges the price was the same as going directly to BMW UK. The delivery time stated was ok however in reality it was probably about ten days late due to delays processing the order.

  Panniers are top notch, Instructors could be better or even a link to locking system build. I accidentally put all the tumbers in and locked the key in the system. Unfortunately I had to drill a hole to release the system to rebuild them. Their should be a warning system in place, safety tab or an easier way to release the locking system if needed. Otherwise the shipping was great, packaging was perfect. Shipping time was very reasonable considering I live in the US. Hope this helps someone in the future, hope they come up with a better release system for the locks.

  After ordering it on the 9th of April having to wait over a month for delivery when it says on their website 5-10 days and then having to pay taxes is a joke! Not only that it specifically says top box for R1200gs and adventure does not say anything about year of manufacture, and now I have to return as it will not fit on the rack that has the paniers. And pay all the shipping costs and taxes again. Waste of bloody time and money. Would I buy again from this company??? No chance!!

  The site was well laid out and easy to find my way around. I was after a Sports Seat for a 2017 R1200R and found it easily. The price was good so I went ahead and bought it. There was an initial delay to it being sent but when I emailed them they were very helpful and sorted it out quickly - communication really good. All in all v happy. Thanks

  The pannier come without the lock and I cannot use it. If need to buy the lock no issue just list it togther. Now if I want to buy the lock the shipping is usd $50 and the lock is usd$20 only. I am a supporter of bmw and own a few of the cars.Really bad service so disappointing.

  Purchased couple of items from Europe- Moto which include the pannier set and the passenger grab handle. So far the service is excellent and the price is unbeatable ( including the shipping cost) .   Terrible service, unfortunately.. Have bought engine protection for my BMW S1000R but don't get any help from the seller. The color was not the same as I ordered and I have sent them a mail asking for a return, but haven't heard from them at all. Very disappointing. €260 for something I didn't order. I will have to ask BMW Mottorad for help!

  ATTENTION Please! Non fitting seat delivered, although bmw.europe-moto.com keeps saying this sadlle 'should fit BMW R1150GS Adventure 2005'. My mechanic has tried mounting the seat on even two identical 1150 Adventures (both 2005): it did nof fit either one leaving a huge 2.5" gap between fuel tank and saddle! Definitely a malfunctioning seat. I will not by again from this company.

  Delivery time and communication was very poor. The website said 3-5 days to deliver. It took 3 weeks. I tried to cancel the order before it was shipped due to the delivery time and was told “not possible”. When the item arrived it was okay, but had surface scratches on it, which after the issue with delivery I decided to live with as communication with this company is so poor.   My order was delayed for more than three months. I had to ask personally three times what is happening with order. I still don't have order delivered as DHL local office in Belgrade, Serbia is pretty useless. They ask me three times for different time of documentation and we are now in second week since item arrived in Belgrade and it is not clear when will be delivered.

  I did a misstake to order this, just because of the picture in your homesite, tried to send back the order but must pay the half of the order price to send it back, keep the item and i do not have any use for it, missled picture on this item must be replaced.
