  The bmw.europe-moto.com is a terrific site with an amazing selection of products. This is not first purchase from the site so it was the obvious place to go when I needed panniers for my latest bike - an F900 XR. The products arrived in good time, were well packed and undamaged. bmw.europe-moto.com provide an excellent service and great value.

  Det var ikke tydelig nok for meg at mva og tollavgifter kom i tillegg til prisen. Det tok uventet lang tid før varen kom, 13 dager. Jeg var på ferie da pakken kom og da jeg kom hjem fant jeg ut at Mc-støvlene jeg kjøpte var for i minste laget. Jeg hadde da brukt den spesifikke måletabellen for støvlene. Det gikk noen dager før jeg sendte spørsmål om retur til kontaktsiden. Så gikk det flere dager uten at jeg fikk svar. Etter nok en forespørsel fikk jeg til svar at det kunne jeg ordne på "my acount". Da jeg gikk inn der og trykte på retur-knappen sto det at det var for sent, enda det var en dag igjen før fristen gikk ut. Jeg brukte kontaktsiden igjen for å få hjelp med dette men har ikke fått svar. Det er fire dager siden nå. Så foreløpig sitter jeg med et par kostbare mc-støvler som er for små.

  After 2 days I pay for the order and have no delivery information, I sent a message to the site twice and one email to cancel the order, but it was ignored. The order was sent 8 days after payment, and it was delivered when I had already left home for a motorcycle trip. Bad experience, would not recommend your shop to my friends.

  I placed my order from Australia, a few days later I was given an update that my order was in the process of been put together. A few days later I received a tracking number giving me an estimate of arrival date. My item did arrive earlier than estimated. I thought the whole process was very good - very happy. Thank you

  Great product, however it doesn’t give much of a description. It doesn’t fit the S1000r with a tail tidy. Plus I got stung an additional £72 in taxes to import to the uk just for an added kick.

  I placed an order for several items which according to the website were all in stock. After several days I was told one item wasn’t in stock. I got the impression that this is a drop ship arrangement and that the seller doesn’t keep stock and simply forwards the order to a BMW warehouse. Shipping also took rather long.

  The quality of the product and ordering process are wonderful. The site says 3 to 5 days but it was almost double that and the items are slightly pricey. Also I would like clear instructions with all their products.

  The only problem I had was that DHL requested a payment of 60.69 Sterling for duty which I refused to pay and told them to return the seat the seat then arrived one day later than the delivery date without the duty being paid The seat is good and worth the money

  The site is a BMW owners dream. Enter your model and year and every BMW product in every category for your bike is presented clearly. No more searching through a clutter of products across numerous sites. The prices are great and shipping to the US is very reasonable.

I dont know where your european Central-warehouse is. (I buy cost-supplements from PipingRock, an US outfit, with european warehouse in Budapest. 2-3 days after ordering I get the goods!). BUT, I do buy goods from StilgenBauer, BonstraParts and Louis.de They all use DHL, and gets goods to Sweden within 3 days, Thats good! On 22. June I ordered Rally-glowes(also from you). Prediction is they should be here in Malmoe around 1. July, maybe + 1 week. You are taking some caution for "Preorders", Im not sure what this means? The glowes is in stock, you got the payment, well, ship the glowes! Yes, some of your prices are competitive and like everybody else Im looking for a good deal, BUT, if you cant make shipments faster then 27 days within Europe, your reliability is at risk.
