  The ordering part was easy and efficient. The follow-up was less effective. I wasn't updated when the order would be shipped, and it took longer than advertised. I had to E-mail Europe-moto to find out the status of my order as it was not updated on the site either.

  The ordered place back in Feb 27 and it looks over 3.5 months to delivered because of 1 back stock item were delay as the date mentioned when order. But by the time this item deliver then there is another item were sold out and need to change to another color. The order pattern is not good for multiple items if there is any item out of stock at the same time. Hope you can improve in the future.

  The tank bag arrived after the trip it was bought for. The delivery was complicated because of the required tax and then to organised delivery with DHL it cost me £20 in phone charges. I will think carefully about future purchases and I cannot imagine the hassle if I needed to return the tank bag.

  I wanted to install myself a preparation for navigation for a GPS VI in a non-key less F900XR. The information on Key less or non-Key less was clear. However, the information of all the pieces I need to install it and instructions was not available or at least not clear to me. Now, I have the piece without bolts, key (for the GPS) or electric connections. I will need to buy the new pieces and pend more money than initially considered and pay again delivery costs OR as I am seriously considering return my purchase. If your intent is that all these pieces are mounted in a BMW SHOP, then it should be made clear to the buyer.

  The prices here are 40-50% less than I would pay in the states. It may not work at Amazon speed but I usually get my order within 10 days through DHL. I have saved several thousand dollars ordering parts through bmw.europe-moto.com. When I had a rim that arrived damaged I just sent them a picture and I was given a free return label and the replacement was on its way. I appreciate the fantastic customer service, great prices and low cost shipping.

  No communicational skills, just a blank no to everything and not there problem attitude. No way of communicating via phone as they never answer and the worst is 3 to 5 day del on website and in reality it took 14 days and to top it of DHL charged a import duty tax £152 extra . Very disappointed and will not recommended it purchase again.
