As always I had no trouble navigating the site. My trouble, this time, was the “post sales” section. Someone was “asleep at the wheel”! What should have triggered the next phase, didn’t seem to happen. Whilst the Courier was informed of the imminent delivery request, the Tax Gathering didn’t kick in. Subsequently I was at least 10 days waiting for a delivery which UPS couriers assured me would be delivered between 09:15 and 15:15 each day from day one of my money being taken by Leatheronline. I became “incarcerated “ at home more in hope than expectation. It is not for me to apportion blame but I will say that Leather on Line took a much more active interest in solving the problem that UPS!! Leaving the European Union has done me no favours!!

The customer service is amazing. Yet, I am not really happy about the color presentation. In the pictures, they all are quite different and this does not have to do with the screen. It has to so with picture processing. All in all, I am happy with the quality.

Leather arrived packaged very well, looks as advertised, but it stinks really badly, like mold or a wet dog. Otherwise fine but the smell is really bad. Will order again, hopefully this is not a regular issue.

Hello Tom, theses skins are produced often and regularly with no complains about smell, pls let them breath a little bit, but it should be the normal smell of veg tan leather that is different from chrome tanned..

Hi. It is not the normal smell of veg tan, it smells very bad, like a wet animal or a bit moldy. Even my wife asked me why this leather smells so weird. I'll use it anyway but it's really a shame. Hopefully the next time I order it will not be like this.
