  No stars. I have never had a company make me jump through so many hoops when I haven't received an order. I did manage initially to speak to someone who I thought was being helpful but just sent me into a fog of ineptitude. They 'sent' my order to an incorrect address and didn't rectify this. I will not fill in a form with a copy of my signature and card for proof - do they think I am that stupid?! They didn't require my signature when I bought the items. They have the address they should have sent it too and a record of the tracking where it evidently went - to a wrong address. I have lost £36.77. Thank goodness it wasn't any more than that. Never in my experience of ordering items via the internet where there has been a non-delivery have I not received a refund. Judging by reviews of this company I am one of very many that have not received their order. I doubt this review will see the light of day!

  Carthey gave DHL an incorrect address so my delivery was delayed for a week, even though I paid extra for the fastest shipping. When I received my package, it was missing 2 of the 3 items. The only item I received was a broken bottle of Vitamin D with the pills scattered in the package, so I had to throw those out. I reached out for customer service, but have not heard back yet.

  I reordered my wife's Moroccan Hair Oil from Carethy on July 10/19. It was out of stock and instead of the website saying so, it substituted Moroccan Hair Conditioner, which I only noticed when I received an email confirmation of the order a few minutes later. I immediately (less than 5 minutes later) emailed Carethy to cancel the order, and they said it was impossible to cancel or change my order because it was shipped, which is ridiculously impossible. They said I should return it upon receipt, so that's what I did, and they received the return shipment on September 17/19. Since then I have emailed them at least 10 times asking why I did not get credited on my credit card. Always the same BS answer - "First of all, we apologize for the delay in return. We regret not being able to process your refund more quickly, however, we inform you that the payment is correctly requested but due to the fault in the system, pending payments are being made in chronological order. You will receive it shortly." BEWARE - THIS COMPANY IS EITHER INCOMPETENT, DISHONEST, OR BOTH. AND I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU FIND ANOTHER VENDOR TO BUY PRODUCT FROM!

  I received a refund of $40.18 CAD on my credit card yesterday, but I was supposed to be refunded $60.22 CAD which is what you charged me initially. Therefore please refund the difference of $20.04 CAD immediately.
