  While the products themselves are excellent the packaging is so poor that my orders arrive damaged. In my last order three pots of cream were cracked and leaking. It arrived inside a Royal Mail plastic bag having been repacked.

  I am afraid the bottle on this product is of very poor quality. It fell over in the bathroom and the lid came off. Half the liquid escaped all over the bathroom floor. I cannot securely fix the lid, so it is likely that the lid will come off again. I am very unsatisfied.

  I read all the bad reviews after I’d ordered from them and when they kept mailing me to say my order was delayed I thought I’d never get my product. However I emailed them and to be fair they always replied. I received my order but not sure I have the confidence to use them again

  As soon as I had placed my order I realised I had ordered the wrong fragrance of shower gel. It was very hard to find an email for customer services - I spend a long time trying to google it because the website didn't have it and no phone number available either. When I finally found an email for customer services I wrote twice asking that the I change the order as it was not going to be shipped for another week or so. I never heard back so I am stuck with three bottles of the wrong one. I would never buy anything from this company again

  I ordered 2 products in January. I got an email informing me that one of the products was not available and the second one was being dispatched. The payment for both products was taken from my account, but I have not received the second product. Neither has the money for the cancelled order been refunded.   I've had mixed experiences with Carethy, and came to the conclusion that as long as you only order products that show as "Fast shipping", then you are ok and your products will arrive without issues. If you order products that appear as "Shipping on day/month" (even if day/month is the next day), then is when you get into problems, because they DO NOT have these products in stock, and although they show an estimated shipping date, that date is very unreliable, it keeps changing and being delayed, so you end up waiting for weeks/months for your order. Also, even if some of the products in the order are "fast shipping", they will not arrive because they will wait to send everything together. Once after waiting for weeks for my order I contacted them and they said that they were waiting to ship my order because one of the products was not in stock. Then they offered to send me the products of my order that they had in stock immediately, and the other ones when they became available, AS LONG AS I PAID FOR A SECOND SHIPPING CHARGE! Seriously? Of course I requested a cancellation and full refund of my order. On the other hand, last time I ordered only products that showed as "fast shipping" and my full order shipped in the next 48hours and got my products in a few days. In summary, if the items in your order are all "fast shipping", congrats, you will get your order in a timely manner. But if one of them is not "fast shipping", then most likely you will end up requesting a refund after waiting for weeks.

  I still not received my order. I was referred to the tracking code which shows my order was returned to Spain because of an incomplete address and no further help regarding my order. So I am out of pocket. Don't use this Company

  Takes about two weeks to arrive from spain, but the prices are excellent as opposed to British websites who bung on another 100- 150 % for the same stuff. I buy the Large bottles of Cologne and shower gel, and they last ages and have a lasting smell.
