Verified reviewBefore I give the game away, let me start by highlighting the challenges I faced shortly after I placed my order at Carethy. The product that I ordered was not in stock at all major UK retailers so I ended up ordering it by finding Carethy on Google Shopping. Shortly after placing the order I received an email highlighting that the product I’m after is not in stock and this meant I wasn’t going to get it in the time-frame I expected; this was not a problem. The important thing here is that the communication from Carethy team was concise and I knew my options: wait or receive a full refund. I was kept updated throughout the holiday season and knew when my order was shipped and its estimated arrival date. The day came when the postman delivered the order and I was over the moon because the EDT I was after has been discontinued in the UK and therefore this was my last chance to purchase it. Upon opening the big brown box, the packaging in the EDT looked different so I ended up opening the product and, to my surprise I received a variant of the EDT I was after. I contacted Carethy, and not only did I receive an apology but was given the option of a full refund along with the option to keep the EDT. It was not the best overall experience because I didn’t end up getting the product but the customer service ethos shown by the team was absolutely the best I’ve seen over the years. Full marks to the team for making what is quite a disappointment into as positive shopping experience with Carethy and rest assured I’ll be making my future purchases through Carethy.

Verified reviewI was sceptical about my order, and although my item did arrive on time and the tracking was good throughout, I felt I was misled at the checkout when the price of my item increased by £16 for ' import or other charges, this was hidden until after I had made my purchase. This company needs to be clear and straight with customers before they purchase. Because of this I won't be using them again.My product said 100ml but I received 50ml !
