Verified reviewCunning website that conceals the true price until the very last order screen. Unethical. Leaves you feeling you have been duped. Paypal £2,50, Admin £2, Customs £5. Didn't know I was ordering from abroad., Avoid this company. Lots of negative reviews online.

Suggestions Charge the price that you advertise upfront Don't conceal your charges Include Customs charges in your initial price Don't try to extract more money with an admin charge Don't charge to use paypal Don't add all these charges on at the very last ordering screen. Behave like a reputable and ethical business. If you don't you won't be in business long Read your on line reviews, most are 1 Star with multiple complaints Mr Spencer

Good morning, Thank you for the reply. We have transferred this information to our correspondant managers. We want to inform as well that many of charges that we inform are being told by third parties; as for example PayPal, we are not a payment platform but we use PayPal service so customers can use this payment method; therefore, PayPal puts an admin tax that we must inform on the check out but it is not something that we decide but PayPal. Before placing the order, you can see all charges and what are you paying for, so if it does not fit with you, you can decide to not continue with the order. Nevertheless, we transferred the information of the custom charge as something priority. Kind regards,

Paypal is still a hidden charge. You ask to select the paynent method, so I select Paypal, no mention of a charge. Then at a later screen £2.50 appears as a Paypal charge. Ridiculuous and underhand Also nobody else apples a fee to use Paypl. Nobody! Customs charge? Where did that come? I wouldn't have ordered if I knew it as from abroad. Underhand again. Don't try to defend your sharp practices, you know EXACTLY what you are doing AND SO DO I. Mr S.

The cost is hidden it doesn’t show until you about to pay I realised the cost of shipping is more expensive than the product but I was desperate so I go for it. I already sent the pictures but because it was not in the posting package the refused return it or refund it. It was not satisfactory experience

This is not Carethy’s fault but having reported the issue 5 days ago and being asked to complete a document stating the loss, I have had no communication regarding refund, replacement or indeed what is being done or proposed. Very frustrating.
