Very efficient and I would definitely buy again! I have to say that they add the costums fee in the shipping price and this speed up the delivery! Awesome job!

Verified reviewDreadful experience. Bottle arrived opened with contents having leaked all over packaging to leave only c10%. Attempt to get replacement or refund has so far completely failed. Repeatedly promised refund "after 14 days". Wait 14 days, no refund, then asked to wait another 14 days! Carethy appear to hope they can avoid making refund altogether by this approach. This was my first experience of Carethy. I shall never buy from them again.

Verified reviewVery poor experience! I purchased based on price and it was in stock. Had to call them after 10 days to be told 1 item (out of 2) was due in to them that day.. Tried to cancel but in the end it was quicker just to wait. Over 14 days to wait by which time I’d already Run Out!!

Verified reviewI ordered a perfume and supposed to be delivered by 4th of Nov but i received my order on10th. 5 DAYS AFTER MY HUSBAND’s BIRTHDAY. Also i requested for gift wrapping but the perfumed was wrapped in a black plastic bag. Too disappointed of your service. And never shop here again.

Verified reviewProducts arrived packaged well but one of them was out of date. I tried email, customer care form on the website and emails again - nothing worked. No one ever came back to me. I really just wanted to exchange the expired product but no way of getting through to carethy.com.. really sad experience despite other products and fast delivery
