Verified reviewI am afraid the bottle on this product is of very poor quality. It fell over in the bathroom and the lid came off. Half the liquid escaped all over the bathroom floor. I cannot securely fix the lid, so it is likely that the lid will come off again. I am very unsatisfied.

Verified reviewWhile the products themselves are excellent the packaging is so poor that my orders arrive damaged. In my last order three pots of cream were cracked and leaking. It arrived inside a Royal Mail plastic bag having been repacked.

Verified reviewI read all the bad reviews after I’d ordered from them and when they kept mailing me to say my order was delayed I thought I’d never get my product. However I emailed them and to be fair they always replied. I received my order but not sure I have the confidence to use them again
