Verified reviewWhat an aweful company to deal with, the only confirmation of my order was via paypal reciept, no comms from them whatsoever, a month on still not recieved my order, now trying to get my money back. Dreadful company which i will not deal with again, buyer beware

Dear Paul, Your orders have been cancelled, because we do not sell accessories to customers, who have not purchased their ceiling fan/s from us. You have been duly refunded as well. What you are saying here, is simply not true, and it is really a shame to post negative comments just for the sake of it! You are posting a review on 21/09, given that the refunds for your orders have been issued on 09 August and 20 September. We would suggest you to check your paypal account more often, and before posting your accusations, which are absolutely groundless.

Why do you not make it clear you do not sell accesories to customers which i find confusing, yes i have a refund for 9 August but you have made no refund on 20 September, would you like me to screen shot my paypal account as proof, dispute currently raised with Paypal so hopefully they can get my money back

Verified reviewUnfortunately this didn't go well. The two fans I received seem of good quality. However only after installing them did I read - right near the end of the manual for the remote control - that to use them to circulate heat downwards I needed longer downrods. These were an expensive extra cost and had to be shipped from Germany and then both my fans had to be totally dismantled and re-assembled and installed with the longer downrods. However whilst attempting this I discovered that the new electrical wiring that had been sent with the new downrods was not compatible with the original fans and would not work. I called and emailed this company many times but have had absolutely no response whatsoever. No-one ever picks up the phone and no-one has replied to emails sent to two different email addresses. I would avoid this company.

Thank you for your response. I did actually talk in depth with one of your operatives before purchasing the fans. Please make sure the information regarding the incompatible wiring is clear on the website to anyone wishing to purchase the downrods. The fans do indeed seem of good quality.

Verified reviewI contacted the company to find out where my order was when it was over 5 days advised that the order had been cancelled and they would refund my money by the end of the day. I’m still waiting 4 days later and have had to put a claim through PayPal. Have not replied to any emails that I have sent. Awful service would never recommend or order from them again!

Slightly misleading information regarding delivery as website states same day despatch but doesn't mention that this is from France although the do warn of 10 day delay in small writing on the payment page. To be fair , goods did arrive within 7 days.

Verified reviewI had great customer service from Ceiling Fan, when a glass item arrived smashed (courtesy of the idiots at UPS) . A replacement was sent out immediately, with packaging which would have protected a box of eggs. The item that I ordered is also of very good quality.

Verified reviewBit of a mixed bag really. Website looks pretty good. What you soon find out though, is that it isn't actually English, but Spanish. Next day delivery is suggested, but in my case we didn't get delivery info so I sent an email. Immediate reply saying it was out of stock, then over a week later a reply saying it was now on it's way. In the meantime the product had been reduced £90. I asked the customer service if this was fair and could it be refunded - she said she would ask her boss and get back to me. Never did, despite another reminder. Fan arrived a couple of weeks after order. Manual is in Spanish - I emailed for an English version, no reply
